WBA Collection, an operator of high-end luxury hotel retail based in Spain, the Dominican Republic and Mexico, retained Particle to brand the company as a leader among resort retailers. Particle started the engagement by designing a master look book, compiling creative references and possible design approaches to reimagine the customer retail experience and create an aspirational shopping experience. Tasteful solutions to the overall customer experience were conceived as part of a direct engagement—with senior management—to improve WBA’s infrastructure and operational efficiency, and integrate higher-quality products into the overall experience.
